Deep Club’s new Jewel Series release from Daniel Chavez is sure to satisfy the palette of any house junkie. Deep Club is a record label and party series based out of Brooklyn, originally from Denver. Label boss Ryan Scannura shows off his impeccable taste with each of Deep Club’s eight vinyl releases, and this is perhaps my favorite of the lot.

As someone who is committed to a never-ending quest to find the grooviest cuts new and old, I was totally enamored with all 4 productions from Daniel Chavez on this release. Daniel is a true head, starting his journey in Chicago working at Gramaphone records before making his way to New York City and A-1 records. The rich history of house music Daniel has been immersed in shines brightly on this release as the perfect intersection of beautifully refined modern dance music which shows authenticity and homage to the generations of legendary dance floor tracks that came before.

For the DJ’s, the house heads and the late-night steppers who cut up every dance floor they touch, this is buy on sight material that would be a major addition to anyone’s record collection.
