Since the studio opened to the public in 2022 it has hosted DJs and producers such as Solar, K Wata, Baby Leo, OTHRWRLD, Day Thief, Prieste5s, GiGi, and many more. SutroFM has also hosted a suite of performances, readings, and installations from artists like Brontez Purnell, Maria Silk, loafbaker, and more.

This year (2026) SutroFM curated its first campout named Everything in Color, inspired by a track from Cherushii, aka Chelsea Faith, who passed away in the Ghost Ship fire on December 2, 2016. SutroFM’s new project aims to highlight Bay Area artistry and collaboration, the natural psychedelia of the West Coast, and a sense of openness among all of the peers in attendance.
